Training Road Map

PHase 1:

Client Preparation Course

  • A self-study online course

  • Learn the concepts behind our client presentation

  • See examples of how it's delivered

  • Get quizzed on your understanding on the concepts learned

Phase 2:

Script Check

You'll now be tested on your knowledge of the script. We want you to be able to deliver the script confidently and without you noticeable reading. Practice makes perfect so make sure you're prepared for this. You'll either get a pass or a fail!

PHase 3:

Training Week

A week dedicated to your development. There are three targets you will need to you will need to hit to pass the training week. They are:

  • Observe ten live presentations and complete a Field Training Report (FTR) for all.

  • Complete all six Phone Role-Plays through Pitch Monster. Each Role-Play requires at least ten attempts.

  • Record three mock presentations, upload to a Google Drive Folder and share using the Mock Presentation Upload Form.

PHase 4:

Training Complete

You have now completed training and in the next phase you'll be working directly with your manager. You'll now be making phone calls, booking appointments and running presentations.

REMEMBER: Just because your training is complete doesn't mean you should stop learning. Over the next 6 months you'll need to put in maximum effort to ensure you continue to develop!
